Fabric & Care

About the fabric

Breathable and relaxed, cotton feels easy on the skin from the very first wear. We chose it for pieces you will reach for on warm Bangkok days, again and again. A little natural creasing is part of its charm.

Composition

100% Cotton

Lining: 100% Polyester

Care

  • Machine wash cold at 30°C maximum on a gentle cycle.
  • Place in a mesh laundry bag.
  • Wash with similar colours. Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
  • If the piece has buttons, undo them all before washing.
  • Iron on medium to high heat.

Shipping

  • Shipping in Thailand: 100 ฿, free from 5,000 ฿ (2 to 5 days)

Shipping somewhere else? Change country

  • Pieces in stock are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
  • Please double check your name, phone number and address (in English) before ordering. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change the address, and redelivery costs are charged to the customer.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges, not refunds, on pieces that arrive in perfect condition.
  • Ask for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and complete with all tags and packaging.
  • Sale, customized, altered and made to order pieces cannot be exchanged.
  • You can exchange for a piece of equal or higher value. Shipping and any duties for the exchange are paid by the customer.
  • Received a faulty piece? Tell us within 7 business days with photos and we will exchange it and cover the shipping.

Cancellations

  • Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Bangkok time) and we will do our best to help.
  • Once an order has moved into processing or has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or change it.
