Exchange & Return Policy


At RAVii, we strive to offer you our quality products, but we understand that sometimes they may not meet your expectations. If you wish to exchange or return your items, you have the option of choosing other products from our website If the newly chosen product exceeds the value of the returned product, the difference has to be paid additionally by the customer. If you want to exchange a product for another one, RAVii has some conditions. You cannot get a credit note if the new product is cheaper than the original one. You also cannot choose a product that is not available at the moment. In that case, you can use the Customization Policy to modify your product. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning and receiving the product.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the multiple steps and guidelines involved in the Exchange and Return process, but they are necessary to protect both you, our valued customers, and RAVii. Please contact us by email at and our team will assist you through the process step-by-step – please include your order number and reason for return in order to expedite the process. 

Exchange and Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis provided that all the process and guidelines outlined below are strictly followed:

  • If you want to return or exchange an item purchased on, please request a return authorization within 7 business days from the date of delivery receipt. Once the return or exchange is approved, our team will send you an Exchange or Return Approval. Please note that receiving an Exchange or Return Approval does not guarantee a successful exchange or return yet.

  • Please return the item/s to address we will have given you within 7 business days after you receive the Exchange or Return Approval. Please also share the proof of shipping (tracking number, receipt of payment for shipping etc.) with us to verify that you have shipped the item/s on time. If you fail to ship the item/s within 7 business days after receiving the Exchange or Return Approval, you will lose the eligibility for Exchange or Return (please note that the eligibility for Exchange or Returns depends on the date you ship the item/s to us, not when we receive them).

  • When we receive the item/s, our team will check them to make sure they meet the requirements of our return policy. If our team confirms that the item/s are eligible for Exchange or Return, we will send you an Exchange or Return Confirmation. The Exchange or Return Confirmation means that your exchange or return is successful. It will take us about 1-3 business days to process your exchange or return after we receive your item/s.

  • After we confirm your exchange or return request:


  • For exchange items: We will send your items within about 1-3 business days (Please refer to our shipping policy for more details). 
  • Please follow our team's instructions on the exchange or return process correctly to make sure your request is valid (this includes providing shipping confirmations, taking clear pictures of the items before sending them back etc.)
  • The items must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and returned in the original packaging.
  • Please be careful when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Items must arrive safely at the address given. If we do not receive the package, we will not be able to process your return.
  • All RAVii shipping policies and procedures apply for exchange items.

Exchange or Return Costs


You are responsible for the costs of exchanging or returning your items, and RAVii ( will not cover or refund them. These costs will be either deducted from your credit note or charged to you before we send you the exchanged item.

The costs of exchanging or returning your items may include:

  1. The cost of sending the items back to the given address using an international courier;
  2. The cost of paying any international customs, duties and taxes when the items arrive at RAVii HQ;
  3. If you want an exchange, the cost of sending the new item to you from RAVii HQ using an international courier;
  4. If you want an exchange, the possible cost of paying any international customs, duties and taxes when the new item arrives at your location.


We advise you to use a postal service with tracking to avoid any problems. We also understand that some international postage can be expensive, so we do not require express shipping on returns (the eligibility for exchange or returns is based on the date you ship the item/s to us, not when we receive them).

Please make sure you give us clear details of when and how your item/s will arrive. If we cannot collect your item/s because of missing or incorrect details, RAVii ( will not be responsible for the return package costs charged to you.

RAVii ( has the right to reject any item/s that are not returned in their original condition, with the tag attached or without any signs of wear, stains or smells. The item/s will be sent back to you at your expense if they do not meet our return policy requirements and without our written approval.


Faulty Goods

At RAVii, we pride ourselves on our quality craftsmanship and our delivery process. We always try to inspect your orders carefully for any defects before sending them out, but we sometimes make errors and we will certainly do our best to make it up to you. You are welcome to send back the defective item to us (this applies to all discounted items as well). You can contact us by email at and our team will guide you through the return process. Please be aware that all the procedures and rules for Exchange or Return Policy must also be followed by the customer. When we receive the defective item and verify the issue, we will issue you a refund. We will also cover all the shipping costs, international customs duties and taxes of the returned item/s in case of defective goods.

If you received any defective items, please send us a photo of the problem so we can evaluate the issue. We need this to compare with our quality control records. Please be aware that all items returned as defective will be checked when we receive them and we will not accept items that have normal wear and tear. Likewise, we are not liable for items that have been damaged by improper washing if you did not follow our care instructions.

Please note that we take photos of every item before we ship it to you as part of our quality control process. If you claim that an item is defective, we will verify your claim with our photos. If your evidence does not match our photos, RAVii has the right to reject any claims for defective items, exchanges, returns or refunds.
