Exchange Policy
At RAVii we offer exchanges only. We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit for non defective items.
Customers may request an exchange within 7 business days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Items must not contain stains, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, or body odor
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the delivery date
• Sale items, customized items, altered items, and made to order items are not eligible for exchange
• Exchange requests are subject to approval by RAVii before shipment back to Thailand
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, contact rvravigroup@gmail.com with:
• Order number
• Item(s) requested for exchange
• Reason for exchange
If approved, customers must ship the item(s) within 7 business days after receiving exchange approval.
Customers must provide shipping confirmation and tracking information after shipment.
Exchange eligibility is based on the shipment date of the return parcel, not the date the parcel arrives at RAVii.
Once received, the item(s) will be inspected. If approved, the exchange item will be shipped within approximately 1 to 3 business days.
Exchange requests may be rejected if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.
Exchange Conditions
• Customers may exchange for items of equal or higher value only
• If the new item has a higher price, the price difference must be paid before shipment
• If the new item has a lower price, no refund, partial refund, or store credit will be provided
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the exchange is processed
Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all costs related to exchanges, including:
• Return shipping costs
• International customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged when the parcel arrives in Thailand
• Shipping costs for the exchanged item
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country for the exchanged item
RAVii is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or local authorities.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, all resulting costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
Faulty Items
If an item is believed to be defective, customers must contact rvravigroup@gmail.com within 7 business days from the delivery date and provide clear photos of the issue.
All defective claims are subject to inspection and verification by RAVii.
Items damaged due to wear and tear, washing, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered defective.
If a defect is confirmed, RAVii will provide an exchange and cover the related shipping costs and applicable duties for the defective item only.
As part of the quality control process, all items are photographed before shipment.
