RAVii is a small, independent fashion house, and each piece is made with care in Bangkok. To keep our work sustainable we keep things simple and honest: we do not offer refunds, unless a piece is faulty. This is also stated at checkout.
If a piece arrives with a fault, please email us at rvravigroup@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery with clear photos, and we will exchange it and cover the shipping and applicable duties for the faulty piece. Our Exchange Policy has the details. If we have not replied within 1 business day, your message may have landed in our spam folder, so please reach us on LINE or WhatsApp instead.
To help you choose with confidence, we are happy to help before you order: measurements and sizing, style and fabric, or delivery times. Just email us and we will send you accurate information and visuals. If you have a special occasion coming up and need the piece sooner, tell us and we will do our best to speed things up.
