Shipping rates
- Thailand: 100 ฿, free from 5,000 ฿ (2 to 5 days)
- Singapore and Hong Kong: 600 ฿ (5 days)
- United States: standard 2,500 ฿ (7 to 18 days) or express 3,500 ฿ (3 to 7 days)
- Other countries we ship to, including Malaysia and Australia: standard 2,000 ฿ (7 to 18 days) or express 3,500 ฿ (3 to 7 days)
We don't ship to every country yet. Checkout only offers the countries we deliver to.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown in Thai Baht. Duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on arrival.
Delivery
- Pieces in stock are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
- Pre-order pieces are made for you and can take up to 30 days before they ship. The product page tells you when a piece is pre-order.
- Orders to Singapore travel with our next day courier, Teleport Next Day, and usually arrive the day after they ship.
- We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Please double check your name, phone number and address (in English) before ordering. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change the address, and redelivery costs are charged to the customer.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges, not refunds, on pieces that arrive in perfect condition.
- Ask for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and complete with all tags and packaging.
- Sale, customized, altered and made to order pieces cannot be exchanged.
- You can exchange for a piece of equal or higher value. Shipping and any duties for the exchange are paid by the customer.
- Received a faulty piece? Tell us within 7 business days with photos and we will exchange it and cover the shipping.
Cancellations
- Changed your mind? Email us at rvravigroup@gmail.com as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Bangkok time) and we will do our best to help.
- Once an order has moved into processing or has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or change it.
