Because pre-order pieces go into production soon after you order, and pieces in stock are packed quickly, we cannot promise that an order can still be cancelled or changed. Once an order has moved into processing, and always once it has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or change it.
Cancellations are handled by email only, so that we have a clear record for you.
