Shipping Process
We process your orders within 1-3 business days after purchase, subject to availability and credit verification. We ship your orders the next business day with our trusted courier partner. For express orders, we use UPS Express, FedEx International Priority, Aramex, or a similar international standard courier. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 days worldwide after we started Express Shipping. For standard shipping, we operate with ThaiPost. From our past experience, it takes around 7-18 days for the package to arrive at your door. We will email you the tracking number provided by our courier partner to the email address you gave us when you placed your order. Please note that our responsibility for the transaction ends when we send you the tracking number and we are not liable for any issues that may arise after that, such as shipment delays, tracking or collecting the package, as these are beyond our control. The courier is responsible for delivering the package and you are responsible for ensuring that someone authorized by you receives it. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us via rvravigroup@gmail.com and we will do our best to work with our courier partner to help you receive your package successfully.
We need your full name, a contact number and correct delivery address in English to ship your package and process your order. Please do not use P.O. Boxes delivery because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you used a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you by e-mail to ask for another address, which may cause delays in your delivery. All orders require a signature upon delivery as part of our international standard courier service.

We would like to inform you that the delivery times we provide are based on the estimates from our international courier partners and do not include any possible customs delays. Sometimes, there may be unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters that affect the shipping or delivery process. RAVii is not responsible for such delays, but we appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations and we will do our best to cooperate with our courier partners to ensure all orders reach you safely and promptly.
Unnecessary costs related to re-delivery of order packages
RAVii wants you to enjoy your order as planned and avoid extra charges for our customers. We do our best to provide you with the information you need to place your orders successfully. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering at rvravigroup@gmail.com and we will assist you with a smooth shopping experience.
Extra charges may occur when the following situations happen (not limited to these):
Wrong shipping address
- Incomplete shipping address
- Unsafe shipping address
- Refused/rejected or unclaimed order package
- Unpaid International Customs, Duties and Tax
- Wrong size of item ordered
- Wrong color of item ordered etc.
The extra charges, which will be the customer's responsibility, include but not limited to:
(i) the return shipping fee charged by the international courier for delivery from Wrong Address to RAVii Headquarter;
(ii) the inbound International Customs, Duties & Tax fee as a result of return shipping from Wrong Address to RAVii Headquarter;
(iii) the redelivery shipping fee charged by the international courier for delivery from RAVii Headquarter to new address given;
(iv) the inbound International Customs, Duties & Tax fee as a result of redelivery shipping from RAVii Headquarter to new address given;
(v) clothing customization fees etc.
Please note that these charges can be very high. We at RAVii care about our customers and want to prevent these charges, so we ask you to be careful in giving correct information.
Incorrect, Incomplete and Secure Shipping Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing any orders. If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly or incompletely for your order, please email us as soon as possible at rvravigroup@gmail.com. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and shipped by our international courier partner, RAVii will not be able to modify or cancel your order and change your shipping address. RAVii will not be liable for products delivered to the wrong address due to input error. Customers will incur costs as stated in the Unnecessary costs related to re-delivery of order packages section.
For a secure shipping address, please make sure the shipping address you provide is safe and reliable for receiving and storing your order package until you collect it. If the tracking information provided by our third party international courier indicates that the order package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided, we will assume that the order package has been received and that something must have happened to the order package at the delivery location. In such cases, RAVii will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages nor communicate with the international courier to find the missing package. Customers will incur costs as stated in the Unnecessary costs related to re-delivery of order packages section.
Refused or Uncollected Order Package Policy
We know that sometimes you may not be able to receive your orders personally when they are delivered because you have a lot of things to do. In such cases, please make sure someone else can get the orders for you. If the order is not received, it will be kept at our courier partner's facility for a certain period of time. You can check the status of such delivery using your tracking number and arrange with the courier for pickup or re-delivery. Meanwhile, we will email the customer. If the customer cannot be reached, or if the order is rejected or not collected after the courier's holding period, we will cancel the order and it will be sent back to RAVii. In such cases, we are happy to redeliver the order at a similar shipping fee. However, please note that customers will have to pay the costs as stated in the Unnecessary costs related to re-delivery of order packages section.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
RAVii ships internationally on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and does not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receivers expense.
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. International Customs, Duties and Tax rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what International Customs, Duties and Tax you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay International Customs, Duties and Tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the International Customs, Duties and Tax and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to refuse/reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order. In such cases, customers may be subject to costs as stated in the Unnecessary costs related to re-delivery of order packages section. RAVii will not be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or International Customs, Duties & Taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
