Shipping

  • Thailand: 100 ฿, free from 5,000 ฿ (2 to 5 days).
  • Singapore: 600 ฿, free from 10,000 ฿ (5 days).
  • United States: standard 2,500 ฿ (7 to 18 days) or express 3,500 ฿ (3 to 7 days).
  • Everywhere else: standard 2,000 ฿ (7 to 18 days) or express 3,500 ฿ (3 to 7 days).
  • Pieces in stock are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order pieces can take up to 30 days before they ship. We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
  • Duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on arrival.
  • Please double check your name, phone number and address (in English) before ordering. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change the address, and redelivery costs are charged to the customer.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges, not refunds, on pieces that arrive in perfect condition.
  • Ask for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and complete with all tags and packaging.
  • Sale, customized, altered and made to order pieces cannot be exchanged.
  • You can exchange for a piece of equal or higher value. Shipping and any duties for the exchange are paid by the customer.
  • Received a faulty piece? Tell us within 7 business days with photos and we will exchange it and cover the shipping.

Cancellations

  • Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Bangkok time) and we will do our best to help.
  • Once an order has moved into processing or has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or change it.
